You make videos we brief you on, post them to accounts you control, and keep the content brand-safe: nothing explicit, hateful or otherwise inappropriate, and no harassment of or abuse towards anybody.
Your rates are the ones shown in your portal: a fee per approved video, an amount per thousand views counted over a fixed window, and a share of what we spend running your video as an ad. Where a ceiling applies it is shown beside the rate it applies to. Rates are agreed before work is commissioned and are never changed retrospectively — a change creates a new version that applies to work commissioned after it. Where a minimum number of views applies to the fee, it is shown with your rates. It is judged on your best single post rather than the total across platforms, and on the count at the end of that post’s window. Below it the fee is not earned; everything else your video earned is unaffected.
You issue us an invoice, which you approve in your portal, and we pay against it. Below the minimum payout shown in your portal, your balance carries forward rather than being paid out. We pay by PayPal, to the address you give us and keep correct.
Content that breaks these rules can be removed and will not be paid for. Repeated or serious breaches end your access to this platform.
You keep ownership of what you make. You grant us permission to use it in paid advertising for the brands you made it for.
